Whenever I try to get this new device code it says error and I’d like to have that not happen so I can continue to use my oculus so I need to know how I can fix that
Thanks for stopping by @Jenna19765. We hate to see that you are having such a difficult time using your headset. You might need to factory reset your headset if you haven't already in order to get a fresh pairing page. If you have tried doing so and if anything changed when you attempted, please let us know!
