Hey there, I just went into the quest app on my phone and clicked “Get” again and this time it didn’t error and said “added to your library”! Try it out

Have you tried it from the headset?

If you are not able to download it because of that error send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click on the "sens a message" button.

 

Yes. That is where I first encountered the problem. I tried it on my Meta app on my phone and got the same error. I'll tag @MetaQuestSupport. 

I'm having the exact same problem right now and I've been e-mailing back and forth with support. Now they just ask to "It will help our engineers greatly if you could also file a bug report directly in the headset, mentioning any install or download issues: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/fix-a-problem/troubleshoot-apps-and-features/report-a-bug-o...  "

Because I think the troubleshooting is pretty much done. I was sure from the beginning this was not a problem on my end.

I am having the same issue and its frustrating. Have you had any solution yet @sleeping-cutie ?IMG_0777.PNG 

 

I have tried everything.

Well I have the exact same screen shot. Now this is the last thing they said: 

"Thank you for providing us with all of the details requested, greatly appreciated.

What I will do for you now is have your ticket escalated to our specialists team for further review  with the details that you have provided and they will get back to you via email."

 

  • I was on a chat support last night.  The tech couldn't figure it out either.  They asked for my full name associated with the account,  username,  and email along with the screen shot from the VR.

Kind of ridiculous! I have a brand new device and I haven’t been able to play for two days now!

 

anyways thanks @MadKemist @sleeping-cutie , I’ll report back too if I hear.

Yes, same thing in the headset for me too. It's a real bummer since I bought the headset mainly for Asgard's Wrath.
