I bought a 40$ gift card and tried to redeem it but says "Error performing query" and yes, I have tried with other locations, Internet, browser, and dispositive but keeps saying the same please what should I do

Meta quest i have the same problem and i have also bought 2 Meta Quest gift cards both of 25$ and i still haven't been able to redeem them it says error performing query Please help.
