So I had recently just got a meta quest gift card (3/2/24) and I keep getting an error when trying to buy the game. It says, "We've noticed something unusual, and for your security,this request can't be completed." I have bought many games in the past using my mom's card so I don't know why it won't let me buy one now. If you know how to fix this please reply.
Thanks yeah, i did that too and they are looking into mine too. Just sucks and doesn’t make sense but, I’ll try to give it time to get resolved before i return mine. Just weird that they don’t have a phone number. Just really odd types of ways of contacting support. I bet they lose a lot of paying customers with this way of doing things.
