Error while adding a payment method. Please check your credit card info.

Hi

I've been trying to re-add a payment method for meta I've used successfully on Amazon and other U.S. sites for years, but I keep getting an error message that says, "Error while adding a Payment method. Please check credit card info." The card isn't expired

For some reason, though, Meta won't accept it.

I've tried everything:

• Adding it on my phone, on the Meta website, and on the Meta Quest PC app.
• Using different regions with valid postal codes.

But no matter what I do, I keep getting the same error every time.

What type of card are you trying to add onto the Meta Store? We would accept Visa, AMEX, and Mastercard.

Are you able to try adding on a different payment method to see if this works for you? If the issue persists, you can also try reaching out to your bank in case they have any restrictions that are stopping the card being added on.
