Eve Valkyrie update sitting at 100%

I was playing Valkyrie earlier today without issue.
I took a break and came back later to a message saying it was out of date.

Oculus did not recognize an update for the game.

I rebooted my PC and it started an update.

The update is still sitting at 100%.

If I try to pause/close/reboot the update starts over at 0%, goes to 100% and sits there.

I am unaware of any updates to Valkyrie today.
