I’ve got a problem with my headset where everything loads in just fine, but when I go to my apps and such, all of the ones I’ve purchased are not there, as if they never existed. I go to visit them on my phone and they’re all there, but I can’t play any of them. In the bottom left, my profile picture is gone, and when I click on my profile, it says “unable to load, try again later”. I go into the store, and it loads the front page and featured and whatnot, but if I try to search for something it goes “oops! Blablabla”. I hope someone knows how I can solve this problem because it’s been plaguing me for a week and I don’t think it’ll go away on its own

Thank you for being a part of the Oculus family! we hate to hear the device is not working up to par. A factory reset has been the proven solution. Please note, before doing a factory reset make sure Cloud Backup is enable. If your issue continues feel free to submit a support ticket. We look forward to seeing you in VR!😎

I also found holding down the power button for 20 seconds on the Quest 2 fixed it for me also.
