Everything zoomed in.

 On the picture I took a regular view from a stream (above) and my view in the Meta Quest 3 (below). Everything is zoomed in. I did factory reset two times and looked at all the options. Also installed side quest to change resolution. Nothing helps. Has anyone the same problem or even better, a solution? I found 3 guys on Reddit with the same problem but unfortunately no solution. Thanks.

Hi @SanchinTanuki! Having your screen zoomed in definitely doesn't help with gaming and we want to help you having a closer look!

 

Are you able to see the bottom Switch View in your Quick Settings? This would usually help you to change the view on your browser screen. If you are unable to see the bottom we would like to invite you to send us a DM for further investigation.

The switch view button is missing. As I am not the only one with this issue I really hope there will be a bug fix soon. Also communicating this problem for everybody as soon as it was known by Meta would have saved me a lot of time investigating, resetting, going to the store and questioning my overall perception.

We would recommend at this time that you submit a bug report so that our engineers can work to resolve this issue. 

 

Reporting a bug helps Meta to understand and resolve the problem. When you discover a broken feature or bug while using Meta Quest headset, you can send us a report from your headset or the Meta Horizon mobile app.

 

To report a bug from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button for VR headset controllers/oculus icon  on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Hover over the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu. When Quick settings appears, select it to open the Quick settings panel.
  3. Select Report problem.

        4. Select Include or Don't include to add complete logs and diagnostics.

        5. Follow the instructions to submit your report.

I already reported the bug and I am waiting for a bigfix. Thank you for working on it!!!

Still no "switch view" button!

When will there be an update!

I can not play most of my games.

The situation is totally unsatisfying!
