For a bit of clarification, could you please let us know to begin with, are you having issues with Air Link? What specifically happens when you're launching Air Link with the steps listed here? Also, have you ever been able to connect your headset to this PC via Air Link in the past? Lastly, so we don't repeat any, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
