Extend Desktop to the HMD/Use Oculus as a second monitor?

I was wondering how to enable the Extend Desktop to the HMD feature with Oculus Home, seeing as how to Configuration Utility seems to be gone.

I don't know how to do that, but there's an app on steam called BigScreen (it's free) that mirrors your primary monitor onto your rift. I'm not sure if that helps, but it's something.
