When i try to play any game other than boneworks, i get around 5 fps with insane lag. Even on low demanding games like gorilla tag for example. However, boneworks runs just fine, i have tried many things to fix this, such as. Setting ovr oculus server to high priority, Uninstalling and reinstalling oculus software, Updating drivers, and reparing oculus app. These however seemed to have no affect on anything. I suspect the problem might be a occuring because i have a few igpu. (which i have to disable otherwise quest link does not work) And airlink does infact work. Please let me know if there might be a fix or give me suggestions. Thank you in advance.

If Air Link works but Link doesn't then it may be due to a poor link cable and/or usb3 connection. Also, laptops do not always supply enough power from their usb3 ports so an external powered link cable may be necessary. You can get inexpensive powered link cables that use your Quest headset charger (like the kuject from Amazon) and this might help. You also need to check your windows device manager for all your usb ports. Right click on them and got to properties. If any have a power tab, disable power savings on all of them.
Also, with Link, disconnect any unnecessary usb devices so you don't run out of usb bandwidth. You should also go to your meta link pc app device settings, scroll down and run the usb speed test. You may need to run this a few times to get a consistent result. You should get at least 2.2Gbps result, preferable at least 2.4Gbps.
While your laptop may be ok, it's always a good idea to provide its specs and what Oculus Debug Tool and meta link app device graphics settings you're using. Also make sure your gpu driver and win10/11 are up to date.
Sorry, all I can think of. Otherwise, contact meta support including your log file (google how to do this) and see if they can help you. Good luck mate and cheers.

Thank you for the advice, however, i have already tried the cable speed test and my cable is link ready. I have also tried unplugging all other cables.

This seems very similar to an issue that I had a while ago, and it was caused by the iGPU. Can you share what laptop you got? It is possible that it has a MUX chip that would allow the GPU to bypass the integrated one if it was advertised as "VR-Ready".
I had fairly good luck running VR games on an external monitor (via HDMI) as the HDMI port was connected directly to the dedicated GPU, although performance was still lower than it should have been. Could that be why Boneworks runs well?
You say airlink works, does it run at a higher FPS than the link cable or is it the same?

I have an acer nitro 5, 3060, ryzen 7 5800h. Airlink runs with higher fps, getting around 80, but my internet isnt good enought for it.
