Face Tracking/Eye Tracking are not working with Quest Pro

Hello, I am a user who has been using Quest Pro for about 6 months.

Quest Pro, which I was using well, cannot track my eyes and mouth movements. Even though eye tracking is turned on, my eyes do not move at all. Mouth tracking only works when I am speaking or when I smile.

Is there a feature on the hardware side to calibrate facial expressions? This issue seems to happened right after I wear the HMD and closed my eyes for a long time, and then hardware turned off automatic (maybe HMD think I was AFK?) . So I turned on the HMD again and this issue happened.

Of course, I have tried actions like factory reset, turning tracking features on and off, and deactivating fit(?). Is there no other solution available?

With your steps already completed, we'd like to gather a few more details regarding your device: 

  • Current software version running on the headset
  • Has a bug report been submitted on your device?
  • Make sure your play area has enough lighting
  • Hard reboot the headset by holding the power button for 30 seconds

Hello, thank you for your response. I hope this issue gets resolved soon as well. Below is the additional information you requested:

  • I have attached the version information in a photo.
  • I have also sent the bug report.
  • There is sufficient lighting.
  • I tried rebooting by holding down the power button for 30 seconds, but the issue still persists.
