I am writing to request assistance regarding my account, which was disabled on February 10, 2025, without any prior notice. I was not given the opportunity to verify my identity or submit a review request before the action was taken.
Since then, I have submitted numerous emails and appeals through the available support channels, but I have not received any response.
I would appreciate it if you could guide me on the next steps to recover or reactivate my account. I am happy to provide any required identity verification or comply with your policies as needed.

We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.
We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.
