I am seeking urgent assistance regarding my Facebook account. My account was hacked and linked to an unknown Instagram account a while ago. Unfortunately, that Instagram account was later banned, which resulted in my Facebook account being banned as well.
I have been trying to contact Meta support for a while but have not received any response. I would like to recover my account as soon as possible. Here are some key details:
Issue: My Facebook account was compromised and linked to an unknown Instagram account. When that IG account got banned, my FB account was also banned.
As you mention on your post that you have already try to recover your account and try to Appeal from your disable account to resolve your issue but you didn't get any success. After updating meta's policy they remove a lot of account, a disable account can be recover but it will be depend on the reason of disabling the account, so to recover your account you need to contact with meta support team from business help centre but your account has been disable so you cannot reached out to support team in this situation you can use on of your friend or someone you know as well or your family members account, discuss about everything with support team and request them to take a manual review about your account and you can take only this step to recover your account.
I have also experience the SAME thing, on or about Jan 5th and have been denied my appeal. I sent a complaint to the Calif Atty Gen's office but have not heard back at all. There is ZERO support.
