I had a really stupid incident that made me unable to access and my Facebook and Instagram. I recently upgraded my MacOS and it came with a new feature called Passwords. I use Safari as my browser and I have decided that it is time to change my passwords. So, I went to Meta Account Center and changed my Facebook password using the suggestion from Safari (Passwords). It asked me if I want to update my password in the passkeys under the website title called "accountscenter.facebook.com" and I clicked yes. I did the same process with my Instagram account but I accidentally overwrite the Facebook account password with Instagram password because again it asked me if I wanted to update my password under the website ""accountscenter.facebook.com". Both of the new passwords are generated by Safari and I have no clue. So, I tried reseting my Facebook password and realized that I don't access to the phone numbers and email since I am abroad and no longer use the email. I am so screwed please help.
