i have a meta issue, my phone authenticator app originally has installed facebook account, unfortunately i remove this account in the app accidentally, and i cannot add it back since I dont know the account name and secret key for my facebook account. Now my facebook app cannot be accessed because it requires me to enter the MFA code from authenticator app, i cannot even able to login any page futher to change the setting, I am unable to reach out any meta human support, only the self-help articles but they are unhelpful. what should i do ?
I have read many troubleshooting articles but couldn't help. There was no "other options" option to be selected, it is the infinite loop keep asking MFA code to proceed. And importantly, now I cannot even not allow to login successfully, so I am unable to change any settings.
