I recently discovered that my Facebook account was disabled, seemingly due to a strange random Instagram account. When I try to appeal, it requires me to log into Facebook, but I cannot log in because the account is disabled.
The most frustrating part is the repetitive, circular responses from Meta. The only information available is generic reasons why my account "may have been" disabled or suspended, which does not help in actually resolving the issue.
These are the redundant links and messages I keep getting:
I still have access to my Instagram account, but the Facebook login requirement prevents me from taking any action.
Has anyone successfully bypassed this cycle and submitted an appeal? Is there any direct Meta contact for urgent account recoveries?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi kxuna,
We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.
We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.
We will be closing this thread since there’s nothing else we can do to help.
Thanks for your patience!
