I'm writing in this forum because I've been facing an issue for weeks that we haven't been able to resolve.
Here the details:
1. Unauthorized Access and Loss of Page Ownership: In February, I noticed that someone accessed my Facebook Business profile using my credentials and removed my ownership of my company page.
2. Ad Account Suspension: Last summer, I created an ad with graphics that might have resembled an e-commerce site, which I don't have. Facebook blocked the ad. Due to personal reasons, I didn't use Facebook for several months. Upon returning to the Meta Business page, I discovered that my ad account had been suspended because of that ad.
I have available credit but cannot contact support through the Ads Manager, neither to get the money back.
3. Instagram Management: I manage the same company page on Instagram, which was previously linked to Facebook.
4.Available Documentation: I can provide Facebook with my ID, an invoice proving ownership of the company's domain, and screenshots of past ads for that page.
I firmly believe I have the right to access the data of my company.
How would you proceed in this situation?
