My Fackbook account was hacked and someone paid for a Meta account on my Facebook account and used there e-mail. Now I can't get rid of that part of the account as they control it and they keep changing my password. how do I get rid of them and the 12.99$ charge they put on my paypal in order to get control. every time I try to delete that account it try's to send an email to that person.
This is the email they put in and I cant get rid of it - They keep trying to change my password and I cant get them logged out to block them
