I was hacked a week or so ago and the hacker changed my Facebook name. I got my account secured but now I have to wait 60 days to change my name?
My account name hasn't been changed in 18 years, why was it allowed? When I used the process to report it, my e-mail address, contact details and everything was addressed but not my account name?
And it is impossible to get any human-being help through Facebook's help center. I've reported this without any responses. What do I do?
