Can someone please help me.
My account was hacked and disabled. I have tried all the support options I can find without any luck. I've had this account since Facebook began so it has a lot of personal information that I don't want to lose.
All I know is all my login information has changed. A Instagram account was added, I don't even have an Instagram account. The account was disabled due to breaching the community standards and guidelines.
Due to it being disabled I can not use the normal processes to regain control of my account. I really need to speak to a real person from Facebook. Can anyone help me please?

Please try the link from a different browser or a different device if that's an option. If the issue persists you can try cleaning your device cache and try the link again and it should work for you then!

Hello, thanks for the reply again. However this also does not work. I have tried multiple devices. I really need to speak to a person from Facebook that can help me.

As Meta Store Support and Facebook support are 2 different companies, we have no direct contact with them.
We understand that going through the Hacked account help center link has been having some issues while you are trying to use it but in order for you to speak to someone from Facebook you have to go through the help center.
Here is the hacked Facebook account help center link, this service is like a chat system with pre wrote responses. - https://www.facebook.com/help/1306725409382822/
Incase that doesn't work again then use this link for the general help center then go through the process the general help center advises. - https://www.facebook.com/help
We wish there was more we could do to help but we have no tools to support a Facebook account, we can only assist Meta Horizon accounts.

Thanks for your reply, however this option doesn't work for me as my account is disabled. I need to speak to a real person.

Unfortunately we do not have any contact with Facebook.

Yes I think this is part of the problem. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact Facebook directly. This has why I'm trying to reach out in different ways.

The only way we are able to reach out to Facebook would be using the help center.
If you can't use the help center because your account is disabled you can try using an account that isn't disabled and contact about your account.
