I'm looking for help with my hacked Facebook account. About a month ago, someone hacked into my account despite my two-step verification. I managed to stop them by using this link: https://www.facebook.com/hacked.
I received an email with the option to send my ID to verify my identity and regain access to my account, but this didn't work. Right now, I can only log into my Facebook account on my phone (where I was already logged in), but I can't log in on any other device because the hacker changed my password.
