Hi! I would like to ask for help through this medium. It turns out that my previous Facebook account was hacked and because of that hack, my Facebook account was suspended. At the time my account was hacked, the hackers linked an Instagram account to my Facebook that violated the rules, and for that reason my Facebook account is suspended. I do not have access to that Instagram account that the hackers linked (I assume that Instagram account is already banned) and before the hack, I did not have any Instagram account linked to my Facebook. I have already passed the 180-day waiting period to appeal a decision and my account is still suspended and it asks me to log in with an Instagram account that I did not have linked as I mentioned. That Facebook account is very important to me, since there I have access to commercial portfolios of pages of my work and projects and I do not want to lose those accesses.
If there is any way to recover my Facebook account with my case I would be very grateful for the help, or if in any case it is not possible, I would at least like to recover access to the commercial Portfolios of my Facebook pages.
If there is someone who can guide me and help me with my case I would be indebted.
