Hello, I’m getting really desperate so if anyone could point me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it.
2 weeks ago, I received an email to say that an unknown email address and Instagram account had attached themselves to my Facebook page - I quickly secured my account and changed my password. At this point I was unable to log back in and received a message to say my account had been suspended because of the (unknown) attached Instagram account and to appeal log into Instagram.
I have since paid for Meta verified and spoken with various people over the last 15 days - and my case was escalated to the specialised internal team. I have discovered now that my case has been closed and I am unable to access support temporarily as I have hit my chat limit.
My biggest problem is that my Facebook page is in control of my Facebook cake business page so I no longer have access and it is invisible to others - therefore I have lost a large customer base as well as many orders. I’ve learnt a big lesson as I should not have relied upon that so heavily for communicating with my customers.
If anyone could advise me that would be amazing. If META can see this my last case ID was 688635350485882

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
