Facebook account wrongfully suspended

Hello, this is Adham.

My facebook account was suspended because of an anonymous instagram account that doesn't exist.

My Facebook account ([afuil@hotmail.com]) was wrongfully suspended because it’s linked to a fake Instagram account (@ms.deborah___world_sea054) that I do not own and never interacted with or created or linked in the first place. This account is fraudulent and has no connection to me and after searching for it, it seems like it doesn't exist anywhere. ( i tried searching from a different device and a different account that's not following me)
i've tried contacting facebook in many ways and sent a report problem everywhere on instagram and fb. still no reply and now my account since 2007 is compromised. 
i can't find any option to report this and even after i click "log in to your instagram account" it just opens my instagram account and there's nothing to follow after that. nothing is happening on instagram and i've tried reporting the problem multiple times. how can i solve this?
