My facebook and instagram have been hacked by someone with a meta horizon account. I am unable to access facebook completely and when I have been able to access instagram (although now logged out again), I am unable to remove their meta horizon account from my account as it requires a password to their account or a passkey/code to a meta device. Urgent assistance required. There are no contact support numbers or emails.
