Facebook and Instagram disabled.

My personal/non-profit  account was deleted on May 11, 2025.  I received an email stating I am under age. To appeal click button. I click on button and  received message to review terms and download files.  Download folders indicated that my fB account was accessed 2 to 3 times from Madrid Region IP address.   I live in the US.  My account is hacked.. I have my personal account linked to my non profit  business meta suites, FB and Instagram.  I need assistance. Over 10 years of business information stored.  Please advise.
