Facebook banned me because I would not provide my ID to them, they have too much data on people already. Anyway, my account was tied to my Quest 2, which was unusable due to this ban. I set up a new META account because I want nothing to do with Facebook. I factory reset my headset, but I am having trouble finding help on getting tech support to move my paid purchases to my new account. Can anyone point me in the right direction with this please?

Unfortunately there is no way for us to transfer purchases from one account to another. We understand this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however If you'd like to continue using your old Meta account, we recommend shooting us a PM so we can look into what the possible options are on our end.
