Facebook business manager invite not showing

Help! A business is trying to add me to their meta account so I can post for them but I can’t find the invite email anywhere!! Another company sent me an invite to join their business portfolio on Meta before and I could find it and accept the invite so I don’t know why this one isn’t appearing 😞 please let me know what to do or what to tell the business to do! Thank you! Here is a photo of the business with the apparent invite sent

We’re sorry to hear you are having issues with your Facebook Business account, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.

We can help with Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
