It happened since last March this year when my Facebook account was linked by hacker to an unknown Instagram Account which was never belonged to me . They use that Instagram to post something that I didn’t even known. That facebook account belonged to me for almost 10 years and I never created any instagram that linked to it . Since March Facebook company had suspended my account … I have tried to email and reach out to them in many ways along with an evidences to prove my ownership of that account however I never received any responses back from Facebook. I really need my Facebook account back as it contains important information for the past 10 years . Please anyone share me what I need to do next ?

What we would like to do though, is point you towards the form that you can use to request a review of your account. In that sense, we encourage you to check this site regarding the disabled account.

Thank you very much for your response. I understand that it beyond your responsibility it solving this problem for me, however, I have no choice as I have mentioned earlier that I have already tried all the ways ( including the way you have just advised, but I still got no response from Facebook team support😓😢) My Facebook account was hacked and linked to an unknown Instagram account named ( anbichduyen5290) which was not and never belonged to me. I am patient enough to wait more than 6 months to get no response from Facebook team for the Account that I have used for almost 10 years and contain necessary information in there . Moreover, I’m not a free account user , My Facebook account also link to Meta Ads which I frequently paid to Facebook. By these reason , I don’t expect Facebook team to handle the problem solving in such long time and has no intention to solve it.
Thank you @atikulislam.270899 very much for your advice. I did had contacted with Meta support teams in many different ways, but got no response from them . However, I will follow your advice again to contact Meta Pro team . 🙏🙏

First of all we would recommend going through the Facebook Help Center to see if the articles there are of any use, if that doesn't help you can get in contact with Facebook directly via email at: support@fb.com.

Thank you again for your response @MetaQuestSupport. By the way , I would like to inform you that I have already tried the ways you have suggester … but I didn’t work out . I have been waiting for more than 7 months of hopeless ….
