Facebook email not available and password hacked unable to resolve need help

Facebook User name is Dan N Anna,
REDACTED is the email that I no longer have access to...
My phone number linked to this account is REDACTED

Because my email is not available I am unable to reset my password. 

a hacker is using my phone number REDACTED to access my facebook and solicite sales of electronic devices and also trying to steal money from friends.  this evening I blocked 50 some marketplace transactions using my cell phone connection which has remained active.

I need help resetting password to deactivate and close the facebook account 

please contact me ASAP.

same here... seems they dont care at all.  looks like i will lose thousands in purchased apps and years of memories and connections to old friends and relatives.
