My business Facebook account got permanently disabled for violating their guidelines. I post everything for the business on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. I have not received anything on the Instagram account that says my content is violating the guidelines. I also did not receive anything from Facebook saying my account was disabled, it just was and when I went to appeal it, the appeal was immediately declined. I need to contact a real person who works at Meta or Facebook to help me. A small business , like mine relies heavily on our social media presence to connect with customers and promote our business. There is no contact information anywhere to help me, and all of the support is generalized data that also does not help me. Can anyone please help me get in contact with someone??

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
