A few days ago I lost access to my facebook account as it was hacked, and linked with a foreign instagram that violated rules of Meta, and got everything blocked.
I got help via Instagram support from my account (SteffenFriis) and they escalated to the facebook team, who did look into the matter and unblocked my account. I have full access but my meta horizon account is still locked on my email (and still linked with my facebook and instagram account).
Is it possible to get that account unblocked aswell, as it is linked to my VR-headset and makes it pretty hard to use then 🙂
Had to pay for Meta verified on instagram because the support is broken, to get my facebook back, only to be asked to create a post here, wait a week and still nothing.. And the best - I can't still not use my freaking VR Headset with games bought..
You really have to appreciate Meta's business model.. The money I spent on games and the headset itself, I could have used that for toilet paper, and it would have been better used.
Could someone at Meta.. for the love of god.. please respond and take action... I mean.. COME ON.
