My Oculus 2 was factory reset and now unable to reconnect to app. Can the headset be reconnected to app/account after factory reset? If so, are there different steps to follow. I keep getting an error to try again when attempting to connect the headset through the app.

When this has happened to me I've tried connecting it to a different device. If you don't have more than one, can you ask someone to install the Oculus app temporarily for you? It's only needed for the initial connection to your account.

We thought we'd pop in and offer some helpful tips! Since performing a factory reset is returning the device to it's out of the box settings, it makes it unfamiliar to the app sometimes. All one is needing to do is simply sign out of the app, uninstall the app, reinstall and then sign back into the app! After that you should be good to go!
