Factory reset quest pro stuck in debugger, no updates or pairing

Quest pro, went through the factory reset twice now. Wi-Fi is set up and same as devices attempting to pair.

boot menu warning received same as prior to factory reset. Software unlocked warning.

 

one device can attempt to pair with the QP but then fails and instructs you to update the headset.

headset gets stuck on the pairing code screen with no exit option. Headset on the dock won’t update.

 

im stuck

For us to get to the root of the issue you are having, could you please answer a few questions for us? We see that you have done a bit of troubleshooting on your own; however, to gain a bit more insight into the issues, can you tell us the following?

 

Are you getting any error messages? if so, can you send us a copy?

Are you attempting to pair more than one device?

is the router and headset in the same room?
