I currently need help with my Meta Quest 2. I just now factory reset it so I could get a fresh start, but the way I factory reset it was through the actual VR. Because of this, my account still shows, on my phone, that it's paired to the VR. Now I no longer can pair it because my mobile app thinks it's already paired, and I am stuck currently with a useless VR . If anyone knows how to resolve this issue it would be very helpful, thank you.
