Factry Reset Problem

Hey so I factory reset my Oculus Quest 2 because it said I needed to factory reset to connect it to the newer version of the app. I did and went through the same process as you would when you first purchase it. Logged in and I noticed that I now need to repurchase the games I had already owed before the factory reset. Please help🙏

Maybe you've accidentally created a new Meta account, which has of course none of your purchases on it?

Talk to support, they can look into your account.

Send a PM @MetaQuestSupport
