App asked me to input my pattern while pairing the device, I tried my code a few times and it wouldn’t work. I want to connect to the app so I can watch from my phone. please help
Hey there, this has happened a couple times. Try logging out of all your devices, factory reset the headset, then log back into everything. This fixes the issue most times. Let me know if it works.
