Faintly Stained Image in the Rift CV1

Hello!

I have my rift for 2 days and i noticed something about the display.
When it's very dark (Eve valkirie connexion menu) or very bright (Steam VR: setup room) i see some kind of veil on top of the image (kinda like feint dark stains) I dont notice it when i play, but I do when its not moving much.

When i move my head around, it doesnt move, like if it would be on the screen. A veil is a good way to describe it, the image move but the veil pattern stays the same.

Is it a normal behavior with the rift or if its something I should open a ticket about?

For example i know "god rays" are a known behavior that cannot be fixed(can it?), would be it the same?

This is the Red Tint which is not uncommon and there are a few different threads about it.  I got used to it on mine and is only visible in dark scenes.  There is a software tool called Spud.bat and if you make a support ticket the Oculus guys/gals will go through a check process and send it out to you if necessary.  It turns off the Red tint but they do not recommend for long term use. I sometimes use it but mostly now I just do not worry about it as it is only some games really affected by it and thankfully not the racing titles that I am mostly immersed in.

The spud tool fixed my Red tint 100% only one use of the tool for a few secs and it never came back.

I notice it too but its ONLY when nothing is being displayed.
