Family centre mandates to "Accept All Cookies" in contravention of EU law

EU law says that there is supposed to be a button to "reject optional cookies".  See screenshot below.  However the only way to visit the Meta Family Centre site is to "Accept all cookies".  The learn more button just takes you to cookie policy.  The 3 dots just change language. This is in contravention of EU law.  Request you update the site to align with other Meta sites which allow the user to "Reject optional cookies" in order to proceed.
