I got my Quest 3 headset on Christmas day (so not even 3 weeks old ago) and have come to use it today to find the left thumbstick doesnt spring back into the normal upright position. When pushing the thumbstick, it will stay in the direction it was pushed.
Do I need to go back to the shop I bought it from or can you help?
