This message is stuck on my screen it will not go away in my controls will not work I tried everything and it won't go away

I'm starting to think that this is an issue with the new update .

A thousand percent this is an issue with software. There’s nothing wrong with my quest physically, I towel it down at the lightest sweat. There is no coincidence that so many people start having this issue within the last week and the headset auto updates itself when shutting down. 

I cannot believe they tried to sell that guy a refurb after software bricking his quest 3. Luckily I bought mine in may and will absolutely be raising heck about this.
