What happens when you search for "first steps" in the store? On the WEB, I get two results, one called "first steps" and the other called "first steps for quest 2"

We would love to help you, because we understand that all you want to do is be in the amazing world of VR , and we are going to help you get there! We are going to have you try power cycling the headset, we are going to put the instructions below for you!
How to power off and restart your Meta Quest headset:
Hold the power button down until shutdown and restart options appear in the headset.
Holding the power button for about 10 seconds will force the headset to power off.
If the headset is stuck and not responding, holding the power button for 30 seconds will force a reboot.
