could anyone tell me the best way to get he headset to fit right? When I get the green cross in focus, I can't get it to stay u less I make it too tight. I adjust the top strap first following by the side straps, and then tilt it up toward my forehead. Is there a guide somewhere?
I find its best to undo all the straps, then tighten the top strap first so it's the right height(slighty above as it will fall down a little once you've strapped it.) while holding the back on the head-strap to cradle the back of your skull. Once you've done this then tighten up the side straps together so the rift is only just touching your face and everything looks clear and in focus. You can then also tilt the headset up and down to finalise it.
@bkrieger well it sounds like the headset isn't fitted enough causing it to wobble, does tightening the side straps help? My ipd is 60 and I haven't noticed this problem before.
Thanks. Tightening the sides and top strap has helped it fit better. It seems a little tight on my forehead, but is it stays and does t wobble, and the picture is clear.
