Flash Sale Cannot Buy Gaming Essentials Pack Error 2078011

Hi all

Really annoying error - getting a purchase failed  error message 2078011 error when trying to buy the flash sale bundle. I have two of the apps. 

Never had an issue before with part bundle purchases. But it seems it is fairly common from a quick search, but support do not seem to have an answer why this happens?

Anyone else got this issue? So annoying as I’ve been waiting for some of these titles to go on sale for months! And the 2 day SLA for support response is not going to cut it before the sale runs out in 12 hours 😞

Davidroom, have you received anything like this? You'd think the people that wrote them daily would get a reply first.

Hi all

So, I’ve received the email giving me $25 credit. Finally, a resolution! Why on earth couldn’t they have just done this straightaway? With all the hassle and number of emails on this, I don’t think it’s particularly generous. It won’t cover fully what I would have got with the pack discounts. But at least it’s something. Perhaps I’ll pick up the Arizona sunshine duo pack to start out and then wait for the others to go on sale again at some point.  

I hope you all get the same offer but I really think we should have got $40.

I have finally received the $25 credit as well. I do agree it should be at least what the discount was on the pack, but I am happy to see at least something was done. Enjoy Arizona! It's a great game.

Same problem here. I am trying to buy Wraith: The Oblivion - Afterlife but I am getting GraphQL ... error 2078011. I will wait and buy it on Steam.

It is 2023 and I am still facing the same issue. Support hasn't been able to resolve it yet.
