I have been part of the Oculus/Meta community since the 2012 with the DK1! I have bought owned and used almost everything Oculus/Meta has come out with. This is the first time I have ever had a big problem like this. Recently I have refunded "too many games" according to meta! So you punish the players who buy the most games? VR is a tricky place you cant always tell if you will like a VR game from watching game play on flatscreen, you need to feel it in VR to know if you like the game or not. So I have been told by support I will no longer be able to refund games now!! What is this crap! I have spent 1000's of dollars on Oculus/Meta content and hardware why am I being punished for a few games that didn't live up to the hype or videos shown of them? If you have a problem with refunds you should make it so every game on the meta platform has a free 20 minute trial, or let people refund within the 2 hours or 14 days policy. For the first time I am very unhappy with Meta and discouraged from buying any more content on the meta platform!
