Flickering

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I am having a problem with anything recorded in 60hz on my Quest 2.

I have a strange flickering that is only noticeable on white backgrounds.

If i use a higher refresh like 90hz the flicker goes away and everything is perfect.

Is this normal?

if your recording at 60hz, your probably phase matching.  Lighting blinks at 60hz, because of 120 volts at 60 hz, which is why films are like 24hz and 48hz.

Thanks. I had no idea it was a normal thing.

It is, any 60fps content these days are filmed at 59hz or even slightly lower your eyes wouldn't know it but when your plugged into ac power the lights are always pulsing.
