Last year, a friend of mine let me borrow his DK2 as I had a flightsim and he said that it worked with it. I tried it on my computer but was having issues with the DK2 and my computer. So I waited for the new ones to come out but then found out that my flightsim won't work with them?? so does anybody know if this will be a possiblilty in the future??
Thanks hvilberg, I'm going to look at that as for Techy111, I have Microsoft flightsim X and X-Plane 10 so anything for them would be great. Also, Do you know if this will work with my scenery discs?? I fly microlights (or Ultralights to some) and I fly a route on my Microsoft Flightsim X so that I can see land marks to look out for when I do it for real. rather than the pretend scenery you get with the flightsims. Many thanks for your help.
I've used Flyinside for FSX on my Vive, and it worked pretty well after turning down some graphics settings. I haven't tried it with the Rift yet.
It should work with any add-on scenery, so long as the PC is capable of rendering it at a decent frame-rate. Note that you can download Flyinside for free to try out, but the free version will automatically exit the game after fifteen minutes. So check it out first, then upgrade to the full version if it works for you.
I can attest to the fact that FlyInside is excellent with the Rift. And now Aerofly FS 2 is Rift ready too... I just got it downloaded and haven't tried it out yet, but another thread on here today was praising it. Looks great!
