Floor height without boundries doesn't work anymore!

Hello! Here is an issue which never was a problem before. I develop gigantic arena scale games like this one:
https://youtu.be/dDgWe0fhBrs?feature=shared

For this to work I need to turn off boundries (10x10 meters is way too small) but when I do it and restart the headset -the floor is far too low. Because I have turned off boundries there is no way to set the floor level. It used to be as simple as:

Create stationary boundry - set floor level -turn off boundries. With the right flat thumb button you could re-center yourself with the click of a button to align yourself with the arena you play on. This no longer works.

What I can do is turn off boundries and restart the headset. That allows me to re-center myself with the click of a button but the floor level is way too low. I have to restart it because otherwise it doesn't allow me to re-center my position wherever I want, which is crucial.

"Adjust height" setting doesn't work either as I can't bring the floor level up where it should be. I have also tried setting the floor level way up high before re-starting the headset to see if it would make a difference, which it didn't. The video I linked was on the quest 2 and I am now working on the quest 3.

I can't imagine this feature has been removed on purpose as that wouldn't make sense. It is absolutley necessary for us developers to set floor height and have boundries turned off for projects like these. And to re-center ourselves with the click of a button while in game.

I hope someone can help me here, -or at the very least I hope Meta can bring it back the way it used to be.

All the best!
