Focus & edge issues

Honestly, I have looked for an answer online before asking this.
Is there a way of further adjusting the focus wheel? I am as far to the left (I think) and the focus is still just out of range, I have very good eyesight for my job and if I turn the wheel the other way the images is drastically out of focus. Anyone else having this issue?

My other question is about the very edge of the image, peripherally I can see a clone of the main image which is not terrible but if I can correct it that would be better. Is this a permanent feature of Oculus?

Cheers.

I believe the OP is talking about the IPD slider... or perhaps the Gear VR

Apologies, I overlooked mentioning that yes, this is on the Gear VR. I seemed to overcome the problem by moving the mask around a little but still, I can't imagine using this for more than 1/2 an hour at a time without getting a proper headache. I imagine it would be detrimental also long term to my eyesight which is really disappointing given how much I've enjoyed playing with it so far.
